Cooper, formerly Sr. Advisor to U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is the keynote speaker. After transitioning Secretary Rice from government, Cooper co-founded The Cooper-Lyon Group, a firm that provides clients national and international expertise in solving their communications, public relations and operational challenges.
